Manager
This was a pretty chill interview. The person interviewing me was really nice and made me feel at ease. The job involves selling timeshares, and after you finish the program, you can manage your own Bluegreen department, possibly in a Bass Pro Shop or Walmart. There's a two-week training program at their main office in Boca Raton, FL during the summer, and then the rest of the time is spent training for the management role.
- Can you tell me about a situation where you disagreed with a superior and how you resolved it?
- When have you had to quickly come up with a solution to a problem?
- What are your thoughts on timeshares?
Management Trainee
Got a call at first. Then had a Skype interview, and after that, went in person to one of their stores. The people interviewing me were really nice and easy to chat with. They told me about the whole process so I knew what I'd be doing if I got the job.
- What are your aspirations for the next 5 years?
- Would you be open to relocating once the training concludes?
Site Manager
I was interviewing with the district manager, who was trying to lead a conference call at the same time they were conducting the interview. They asked me a few basic questions and then made it sound like it's such an attractive position. They must hire plenty of ex cons or transient trash.
- Were you able to confirm your ability to read, write, add, and subtract?
