The first interview was a call to check my qualifications. The second was a more in-depth interview with another person, including tests on computer knowledge and customer service skills. The third interview was on Zoom and was even more in-depth than the second.

Behavioral Technical Other

I applied and got a call about three days later from a pre-screener who moved me to the next step, a 30-minute phone interview. During that call, I was asked to talk about myself and my work history. It was pretty relaxed and positive. The interviewer then scheduled me for a computer assessment test and sent me a personality test. After completing the tests the same day, I was called in for my final interview, which seemed to go well. They asked a lot of questions about past customer service scenarios. They told me they'd call if they decided to hire me. The very next day, they called with an offer!

Technical Behavioral Presentation

I was asked to come in when I was visiting a job fair. They took my resume and asked me to come in for an interview. When I got to the interview there were about 15 or more other people waiting to be interviewed as well. We were falsely led to believe that sales had nothing to do with our job. I find out later that the job did deal with current customers but required us to up sell to them. We were tested on our typing speed. We were taken on a tour of the facility through the different departments. Then we all came back and were given a PowerPoint presentation about the company and told to write some sentences on a dream vacation in order to test our English language writing skills. One at a time we were all called in and I was called last. I got my one on one interview TWO HOURS LATER! When I got to the interview room I could tell the woman wasn't "in to" interviewing anymore by her condescending attitude.
