You apply through LinkedIn, our website, Indeed, etc. First, a recruiter will call you for a 15-30 minute phone interview to get a better idea of what you're looking for. If that goes well, you'll have a video interview with 1-2 managers to go over the basic job requirements. Sometimes you might get to do some on-site shadowing.

It was pretty straightforward. I chatted with them at a job fair and got a call back the same week. They were super accommodating with scheduling. The hiring manager was really nice. After the first chat, they called me back, the hiring manager explained the role again, and then I got hired.

Behavioral Other

First, a recruiter gave me a call to ask some basic, friendly, and non-intrusive questions. After that, I scheduled an interview with 3 team managers. It was a comfortable experience, not overwhelming at all. The managers were figuring out not just if they wanted to hire me, but also which team I'd fit best on. They seem to do a good job with that. I ended up on a team with a manager who was super supportive and motivating but also gave me a lot of independence, which was great for my performance because I wasn't being micromanaged.
