A week after applying and taking the job assessment, I got a call from HR asking if I was still interested and went over the position details. Then I was set up for a virtual interview the next week. Two weeks after that, I got the job offer, which was conditional on passing a background check. The background check and drug test went through fine!

The hiring process included several interviews and computer-based tests. A training manager conducted the interview. Apparently, different departments and employees rotate to provide varied perspectives during the interviews. The interview had a relaxed and easy atmosphere, and the questions, while requiring deep thought, were manageable. The interview itself lasted about 30-45 minutes following the computer tests, which took around 15 minutes.
