Software Engineer Trainee
After you apply, a recruiter might reach out in 1–2 weeks if they think you're a fit. Then there's an initial recruiter call (phone or Zoom) for about 15–30 minutes. They'll check your resume for skills and ask about your background, why you want this job, where you're located, what your salary needs are, and if you have basic technical knowledge. Make sure you can explain your experience from your resume really well. After that, there's a behavioral interview, which is the first official round. This usually involves STAR method questions (Situation, Task, Action, Result). You might get asked things like: "Tell me about a time you dealt with a tough bug." "How do you handle deadlines when things get stressful?" "Describe a situation where you had a conflict in a team and how you fixed it." This round is typically led by HR or the hiring manager.

Software Engineer
It was a super informative and insightful interview, and though I didn't get picked because my qualifications weren't quite there, I'd tell all the seniors in colleges and universities to apply because you've got a better shot than a freshman like me.
- Tell me about your hobbies and what you do when you're not studying or working.
Software Engineer
The interview process was pretty good. I had 3 rounds in total. The first round was a screening. The second round was more theory-based, and the final round was technical. Knowing Openshift is a plus; they really focused on that.
- Tell me about your experience with both Frontend and Backend development.
