The interview process was quick and really focused on the core skills needed for an auditor, like being detail-oriented, understanding compliance, and having good analytical skills. The person interviewing me was professional, and the questions asked were directly related to the job duties. Overall, it was a very clear and helpful experience.

Behavioral Presentation

I think I skipped the main recruiter interview and was sent right into a panel interview through Teams with four people; one of whom was the person leaving the position I was interviewing for and one of whom was the hiring manager. They were all very friendly and welcoming, and followed up most of the answers with an observation or statement that actually made sense to what you had said; they weren't simply throwing question after question at you. However, the questions themselves weren't super easy.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Can you tell me about a time you wrote and presented a report?
  • Describe a situation where you struggled to help someone understand something and what you did to keep trying.
  • Walk me through a time you implemented a new technology or policy change, specifically how you collected data to track adherence.

Behavioral Technical

After you apply, a recruiter might reach out in 1–2 weeks if they think you're a fit. Then there's an initial recruiter call (phone or Zoom) for about 15–30 minutes. They'll check your resume for skills and ask about your background, why you want this job, where you're located, what your salary needs are, and if you have basic technical knowledge. Make sure you can explain your experience from your resume really well. After that, there's a behavioral interview, which is the first official round. This usually involves STAR method questions (Situation, Task, Action, Result). You might get asked things like: "Tell me about a time you dealt with a tough bug." "How do you handle deadlines when things get stressful?" "Describe a situation where you had a conflict in a team and how you fixed it." This round is typically led by HR or the hiring manager.

I had two interviews for the Telemarketing Associate role. The first was a one-on-one, and the second was a two-on-one. Both interviews were about an hour long and covered job-specific questions and behavioral ones. Before the first interview, I had a phone pre-screen. After the second interview, I got an email to apply for a temporary version of the job. I applied, and the next day a contractor called me. They told me the temporary position is on hold.

  • Tell me about a time you made a mistake and how you fixed it.
