Had a first phone call with a Solution Architect, which was a nice 30-minute chat in English. They mentioned they'd put me forward for a second interview at their Warsaw office. Then, I had a face-to-face interview with a Senior Business Consultant that lasted 30-45 minutes. Unfortunately, I never heard back after that, even though the interviewer said I'd get a decision within two weeks. The HR person didn't get back either with any feedback. It felt like a pretty unprofessional approach for such a big company.

The interview process starts with a resume shortlist. It's crucial to highlight any prior experience in Logistics or Supply Chain prominently on your CV, as this is the primary basis for shortlisting. Following this, there will be three interviews. The first is a technical interview where they will focus on your CV and any logistics or supply chain experience you've listed. Retail experience or internships can significantly help in securing a role. Key topics to focus on here are Inventory and Forecasting. The second technical interview will again focus on Inventory modeling and your CV. This interview is essentially an extension of the first, so the topics will be similar, with Linear Programming (especially its Excel application) and the Bullwhip effect being important. Be prepared to provide examples of companies, clients, or case studies. The final interview is with HR.

First off, I had a phone chat with an HR person, pretty easy stuff, mostly about how I teach or train people. Then, I had a Zoom interview with two senior managers. There was a technical part needing some math, asking about SQL, Oracle, Python, etc. They also gave me a design "homework" to do after the interview. It was tough, but the interviewers were nice and passionate about their work.
