Contacted by a recruiter for an initial call. Then had two interview rounds. There was no proper feedback after the interviews. They did follow up before the interviews, but even if you follow up after, you won't get any feedback. Since each round is an elimination, ask the interviewer directly for feedback and don't rely on the recruiter; if they say they'll get back to you, just forget about it and move on.
