Assistant Manager
Went through some initial screening, then had face-to-face final interviews with the director. After that, I spoke with HR regarding salary. Then I went for training in Chennai. Finally, I was appointed to the north region to sell cold rooms.

Management Trainee
First, they did a resume shortlist, then an online assessment test. After that, there was a company presentation, followed by a managerial round interview and the final HR round. It was a pretty good process, and I felt I answered everything well, but ultimately, I wasn't selected.
