Sales Manager
We had an online test which was related to your communication skills, electronic concepts. Then, we were a group of 10 students and we had to do a group discussion topic was given by the HR. Students selected for HR interview had to answer questions regarding your branch, goals in life etc.

Graduate Engineering Trainee
The interview process had a few steps. First, there was an online test that included aptitude and technical sections. After that, I had an HR interview where we discussed my projects, internships, and some behavioral questions. Finally, there was a technical interview that involved an introduction, talking about my internship, data analyst questions, scenario-based questions, and questions about my technical knowledge and core subjects.

Mechanical Engineer
So, for the mechanical engineering job at Blue Star, I had an interview where we talked about my background in design, solving problems, and managing projects. They wanted to know about my HVAC systems skills and if I liked coming up with new ideas.

Diploma Engineer Trainee
First, there was a written exam that covered both technical and aptitude topics. It was pretty easy, with a big emphasis on English in the aptitude section and basic technical questions. After that, we had a GD (Group Discussion) round. The topics given were straightforward, and we were given enough time to discuss them. Finally, there was a personal interview that included both technical and HR discussion. They were looking for basic technical knowledge and how confident you were.
