It was pretty chill at the start, but things got tougher if I made it to the next stage. They really wanted to find someone who meshed with the company and shared similar values. I kicked things off with a chat with a manager and then came back for a more involved interview that lasted about an hour or more. It was more intense, but they were still super nice and genuinely wanted to get to know me. I ended up getting an offer after that and took it.

It was a super fast 'place a face to the name' kind of thing. They had 3 people doing interviews and a full waiting room of people. I haven't been on an interview in 20 years, so I don't know if this style is the new norm or not, but it's a little bit intimidating and disappointing at the same time because of the amount of people applying at the same time. I was also surprised to see the variation of people – young, old, men and women. That aspect, at least, made me feel better because I am far from a 'fresh-faced new graduate' applying for jobs right now.

I applied for this job because I'm a student looking for work after graduation and they got back to me super fast, which felt a bit off. I said I could interview one Friday, but then they emailed again asking to interview at a different time, which I also didn't like. I decided not to continue with their interview process because I saw other comments online saying it might be a scam.
