The first interview was a brief in-person meeting where we talked about why I'd be a good fit for the role or how I could add value. The second interview involved spending half a day shadowing, which gave me a real sense of the day-to-day tasks and what to expect. I really enjoyed connecting with a future colleague and the people we'd be working with. The final interview was a quick call with the CEO. We went over my resume again, and then they shared feedback on my shadowing experience. I was impressed by how fast they responded. Overall, it was a great experience!

Applied on LinkedIn and got a response the same day. I was given two days to choose a time for an in-person interview. I had to rearrange my schedule to travel 3 hours to their Philadelphia office. The interview only lasted about 10 minutes and I didn't learn anything new about the job. It felt strange. I was sitting at a desk in a shared office space, and it seemed like one of the only occupied desks. I was offered a second round but decided to stop the process.

The first part of the interview was an hour-long chat focusing on behavioral topics. They asked pretty standard stuff about why I was interested in consulting, but also wanted to know about different industries the company is involved in. The person interviewing me was pretty nice and helpful throughout the process.
