The interview was at a building that looked run-down, like a place for scam businesses. Even though business professional attire was required, people showed up in various outfits, like women in tights and v-necks, and men in jeans and t-shirts. It felt sketchy and scam-like from the start, and I'm glad I trusted my gut.

I applied online and had an in-person interview. I read some reviews beforehand, and I was a little worried that the job description in the listing wasn't quite what the job actually was, and it turned out to be true pretty much immediately during the interview. They didn't explicitly state it, but most of the questions were about how I'd handle rejection from potential clients, making it obvious that it was actually a sales job.

Behavioral Presentation

On Day 1, you'll have your first interview to discuss your responsibilities and how the company operates. Day 2 involves shadowing a consultant in the field to understand the day-to-day expectations of the role. During this time, you'll learn as much as possible. About halfway through the workday, you'll return to the office for senior management to review feedback from the field. You might receive a job offer at this point.
