It was a 2 day interview process that was a bit intimidating but really helpful. Went through my resume I was told some negitives and positives what a learning experience. For both days the company was explained to me and it was a team of people who were motivated, excited and they look like they had fun doing what they were doing. I wasn't offered a position right away but when I did receive an offer I was excited. The company works with a few clients really large names vs some other companies who work with companies I've never heard of. Overall the experience was great!

I got a call about a day after applying and scheduled for a few days later. I came in early and after waiting 15 minutes, met with the hiring manager. We talked for about 30 minutes about his background and the company. He scheduled me for a second round the next day with an account manager at a cafe. We discussed my goals and the company's business model. After that, I had a third and final interview with the manager, and I was offered the job, which I accepted.

They didn't tell me until I got there that it was an entry-level position and they expected people to work 40 hours a week on the floor at Home Depot, six days a week. I have over 20 years of experience, so it was like they didn't even look at my resume.
