The interview process took about 5 days for me. I was still working, so it was hard for me to get back there for a second round interview. When I initially got there I was greeted very nicely by the admin. I filled out a form and attached my resume. I waited for about 10 minutes, they seemed busy. The manager I met with was nice, he told me about the company and asked me about myself. After about 20 minutes of talking about my past work experiences and what I'm looking for now, he invited me back for a day of observation. The next week, I shadowed one of their account managers, she was nice and seemed really excited about her job. When I came back to the office I spoke with the first manager from the 1st round interview and received an offer. I told him I needed to give a 2 weeks notice and he was very understanding.

I had an interview with Blue Shore Strategies. When I got there, I filled out an application that asked things like "Where would you most like to live, and why?". After waiting about 10 minutes, a supervisor met me and took me to an office for the interview. It was pretty casual and the questions were standard, like asking about my strengths and weaknesses, and what makes me different from other candidates. I realized this wasn't the right fit for me because it seemed very sales-focused, which isn't my area of expertise, so we both decided not to move forward with more interviews. Everyone I talked to was nice, professional, and friendly.

I applied online and got a call the next day. They also sent follow-up emails. When I arrived, I filled out some paperwork that asked about my passions. The hiring manager interviewed me about 15 minutes later and briefly explained their work, talking a bit fast. I was asked if I had questions at the end. They also let me discuss my long-term career aspirations. The second interview was about a week later due to my current job. Someone else detailed my career progression, job duties, and compensation. I was asked for questions again and got clarification on anything I was unsure about. The process was clear, and I appreciated their thoroughness before I accepted the offer.

So this company's marketing is a scam. I went to the interview and had to fill out another application, which is typical. The interview itself was super basic, they asked me weird questions and talked a lot about leadership, teamwork, and fast promotions. All of that felt like a major red flag, especially since I have no experience and they claimed fast promotion is possible. Their website is also terrible and offers no real job details. It's funny because their site says they don't do door-to-door sales, but in reality, you're up in people's faces in stores. The pay is really low for the work, and they don't cover gas, plus you're never in the office. I found this out from previous employees and during my interview. Seriously, don't fall for this company's scheme, don't apply here.
