The interview process was really easy and straightforward. The questions were simple and the interviewer was nice. I'm excited about this opportunity. It seems like it's all about your own performance since there's no hourly pay. Apparently, Washington is a good place for solar because the homes there need more solar panels because of the cloudy weather.

They want to hire you. Show some personability and sales acumen and they will want you. I was given a job offer immediately after the interview which is generally a red flag. Nice and professional guy, but the company shows some cracks when you investigate.

Behavioral Presentation

The first phone call was pretty good and gave me a lot of info. They set up an in person interview for the very next day at the office. I got there like 20 minutes early and went inside to see if I needed to check in. The receptionist didn't even look up or say hi. The interviewer came out and seemed really young, like 17. He had the whole spiel down, sounded like a pure sales pitch. He used a lot of 'so, yeah, umm, like, so'. If I asked him anything not on his script, even a simple question, he'd fidget and go back to the sales pitch. It made me wonder if this is the best they can do. How can I respect someone who might be in charge of me but can barely introduce himself? I wasn't interested in continuing after that.
