It started with a 15-minute phone screening. After that, I took an online aptitude test with basic math and logic questions. The final step was an in-person interview at their Orem office with a couple of managers. They do this weird problem resolution drill that didn't seem related to customer retention at all.

The interview process was really old school and straightforward. We started with a group interview to see who was interested after they gave us company info. Then, they had one-on-one interviews for those who were. It seems like they'll hire pretty much anyone who seems genuinely interested.

Behavioral Other

I went through three interview rounds. The first was a phone call that reviewed my resume. Then I came in for the second round to meet a VP, which was more of a get-to-know-you and some behavioral questions. The last round was on Zoom and focused mainly on behavioral questions. After that, they gave me an offer.

We had a Zoom call, which was pretty straightforward. I asked everything I needed to know. We talked about what I'd be earning, my shifts, the benefits, and what they expect from me. They also pointed out potential pitfalls and reasons why people might not succeed in this field.
