Presentation Behavioral Technical

So, for Blue Origin, the first thing is a presentation you gotta do. It's about an hour long. The people interviewing you will ask questions during your presentation, but they're like general questions about what you're presenting. There's usually like 4 people on the panel. After that hour presentation, you'll then meet with each of them one-on-one for like 30 minutes. That's when they get into the real questions about the job and how you line up with Blue's core principles.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process involved a phone screen, followed by a 2-hour presentation where I had to talk about myself and past projects. After that, I didn't hear back from recruiting for over a month. Be warned, this interview process requires a significant time commitment and might not be suitable for everyone. Some current employees mentioned a high turnover rate, but the reasons weren't discussed during the interview.

  • Tell me about yourself and your past projects during the presentation.
