The interview process was great, smooth, and simple, and I got the job. The interviewer was kind and calm and basically let me know I got the job during the end of the interview. No complaints and would recommend someone to work here.

Applied for a permanent Customer Service Rep position but was initially pitched a Temporary Seasonal one. Had a phone interview which went well and led to an in-person interview offer. However, they only revealed the permanent position wasn't available at the end of the phone call. Later confirmed the in-person was for the permanent role. Upon arrival, there was a long wait (over 30 mins). The interviewer then stated they weren't hiring for permanent positions, contradicting previous information. Despite this, the interview proceeded, followed by shadowing a current Rep for about 40 minutes. They reconfirmed the lack of a permanent position at the end. Received an email two days later stating the position was filled. The whole process felt like a bait and switch, wasting about 2 hours plus time for the phone interview, paperwork, and commute. They also run a credit check.

Behavioral Other

I applied online and then had a phone interview. It was super short, like 5 minutes. The recruiter seemed mad about my pay range and was clearly reading from a script. I figured I'd have to do the same at the job, so I nope'd out.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • They told me they wanted to do a credit check and I short-circuited the phone interview because this wasn't mentioned before they wasted my time. It wasn't in the ad either.
