Honestly, the hiring and interviewing process was a complete waste of my time and energy. 5... yes, FIVE interview rounds with an ask for 6. I spent hours of planning, research and practicing for a job that they never intended to hire me for. Completely ghosted by their HR rep that could barely remember to send me the Zoom conference links and abruptly hung up on me when I inquired about the hiring timeline after waiting patiently for a month and a half. Completely unprofessional especially during Covid to treat a candidate, let alone a person like this.

It was a pretty standard process, first starting with an introductory email then phone call. Phone call only lasted about 2-3 minutes asking generic questions. Third part of the process was an in person interview with the client partners.

Behavioral

This was the most unprofessional interview experience I have ever had. I walked in and the recruiter/hr person was wearing a strapless dress. I waited 20 minutes for my interview with the CEO who sat with me for no more than two minutes because he just had to meet with someone else who was walking out the door in 5 minutes (who by the way refused to speak to him and left). When in my two minute interview "I wasn't what they were looking for at the moment"... so the recruiter brought me in for basically no reason - but I was told they would be looking for someone with my skillset in the fall time (um great? thanks?). The ONLY positive thing was that I was told I should be making $100K for my skill set.
