I applied online, and heard back within a week. My first interview was with the recruiter early the next week. He was really enthusiastic and professional, and gave me a lot of good info about the company that helped me decide. Later that week, I talked with my future boss for over an hour, despite her busy schedule. I left feeling even more positive. I expected to meet the CEO before the final decision, but I got an offer the following week. I started a week and a half after that. The whole process was pretty quick but detailed, and I felt it was a good match, so I accepted.

After I applied, they sent me some questions to answer. I thought they were good questions to check if people were qualified. I sent them back and within a day or so, I got invited for an in-person interview. I met with the Director of Marketing and a Marketing Specialist. It was pretty short, 15 minutes max. They asked normal questions like why I'm looking to leave and about my skills and clients. BUT, the interview felt really unprofessional because they'd ask stuff and look away, like they didn't care. It was uncomfortable. I asked some questions about the company at the end, like about employee turnover and how they keep up with trends. They seemed weird and awkward answering, and I never got an offer. It left me with a bad feeling about the company, and I'm glad I'm not working there. It seems like they have issues, and other reviews confirm this.

After applying online, I got an email from the recruiter to set up an informational call a few hours later. The call was two days after that, and it lasted about 15 minutes. The recruiter talked about internship specifics like the start and end dates and what the mentorship would involve. Then, they asked me a couple of questions: tell me about the design process for a project in my portfolio and describe how good I am with UX software. We also had a quick Q&A at the end. About four days after the call, I got an email saying I was declined. Just so you know, this so-called "informational call" is actually a short interview, so be ready for it.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I applied on LinkedIn back in June. The process included two questionnaires I emailed back, a phone interview, and an in-person interview with three Senior Marketing Managers. Then, I had a final interview with the CMO and two of the Senior Marketing Managers. Shortly after that, they emailed saying they had great feedback and wanted to proceed with a reference check before extending an offer. My references were contacted the next morning. After three weeks of no contact, despite me sending emails and calling, they finally got back to me saying they decided to move forward with other candidates. I feel misled and angry because they initially indicated an offer was forthcoming.
