I got contacted by the recruiter, and we had a quick chat about the job, the company, and what they offer. Then, I had a 30-minute phone call with the hiring manager. After that, the department admin set up an in-person interview where I met with three different people for 30 minutes each, one after the other. About a week later, I followed up with the recruiter, and he told me they decided to go with other candidates. I asked for some feedback on why I didn't get the job, thinking it could help me in the future, but I never heard back.

HR reached out, and we scheduled a screening call quickly. The HR rep was friendly and enthusiastic but didn't know many details about the specific role. About a month later, I met with the hiring manager and two other interviewers. The interviews felt friendly, and they asked a mix of skill-based and situational questions. I got the impression this organization moves slowly and is risk-averse, which contrasts with their innovative image. The hiring manager expected me to hear back within a week or two. After sending thank you notes to everyone, they never followed up. I eventually realized they had chosen someone else, which was disappointing given the time invested. When I contacted HR, they apologized, citing being overwhelmed. Their process clearly needs improvement.

Waste of time, very poor communication from HR. I had three phone interviews and two rounds of on-site interviews with the recruiter (s), hiring manger and two other senior roles. It was a MONTH between my phone interview/screen with HR before I was contacted about a second phone interview. Then another month before a round of in-person interviews. Then another 2 weeks, and another round of in-person interviews. I was asked to submit references and background check materials the next day, and never heard back. A MONTH later, I was notified that they had selected an internal candidate. Turns out to be their loss since the position I found in the interim was a much, much better fit with better pay. However, I'd caution anyone applying with this org. that the process moves VERY slowly. I would also place the blame on HR, and not the hiring manager. I would assume this was a case of poor communication between the HR department and the candidate. The overall interview process was very straightforward.
