There were three rounds. First, a chat with HR, then two technical interviews, about an hour each, with the hiring manager. They asked typical behavioral and technical questions. I was told I'd hear back soon, but never did. Both the hiring manager and HR became unresponsive after the third round, which felt pretty unprofessional. A rejection message would have been better.

I spoke with the recruiter first, and they were really nice and helpful. The recruiter then set up a 1:1 with the hiring manager, which seemed to go well. After that, I had a group interview with the team. It looked like it went okay, but they hired someone else. The recruiter contacted me again about a similar job in a different department. They scheduled me for an interview with that team, and it went great. I got an offer and accepted.

The hiring process involved three interviews. Before the second interview, there was a preliminary test. The final stage was a Teams interview with two potential department managers. They were friendly and asked good questions about experience, job satisfaction, work-life balance, pay expectations, and work hours. They also inquired about a proud accomplishment or circumstance from my past work. Overall, it was a positive interview experience.

I had a face-to-face interview that was supposed to be with 2 interviewers, but they added one more on the day. During the interview, I asked questions like, 'What are the most important responsibilities of this position?' because the supervisor was telling me about the role. One interviewer responded, 'Didn't you read the job description?' I confirmed that I had, which is why I was able to ask the question. Towards the end, I asked, 'If I got this job, how do I measure my performance so I know that I am having a positive impact on this challenge?' The three interviewers looked at each other, didn't have an answer, and just shrugged.
