It was quite exhausting. We started with an on-campus interview for the first round. Then there was a full interview day, which included a written case that lasted an hour and four interviews with managers from different groups you might be joining. After that, depending on the group, there might be a third round with five interviews with members of the group that seems like the best fit for you. The whole thing is pretty tiring, but every interview itself was a good experience.

So the interview wasn't even for the job I applied for, which was supposed to be a grunt role using Excel. The first interview was with a social media person who asked if I knew anything about social media, saying they just want talented people. Then there was a general interview with typical behavioral questions. After that, I had a case study, which was more of an economic problem than a consulting case, and I don't really remember the specifics. Then I had 4 interviews with different departments. They all warned me about the company's bureaucracy when I asked what they liked least about their jobs. These interviews were also standard, with basic behavioral questions. The interviews felt very formal, like it's an older company. The recruiter experience was really bad though. She was slow to respond to emails and gave vague, unhelpful information. I was left waiting for weeks until I told her I had other offers. For the case study, she said I'd have 5 minutes to read before writing, but then interrupted me right before I was going to start. When I asked if I could write, she said yes, but I lost valuable time. This poor recruiter experience seems common, based on what friends have told me.
