This interview process was really overwhelming. They skipped the phone screening, and I wasn't even told who I'd be interviewing with or for which specific intern role. I went in completely unprepared. In the end, I interviewed for three different intern positions with four different people. The whole thing took more than three hours. I felt I did okay considering the circumstances, and most people gave me good feedback, except for one person who was just really rude the entire time. I never heard back from the recruiter or the company about their decision, so I just figured I didn't get the position.

I applied online and they called back. Then I was invited to an in-person interview which they said would take a week. Everything was fine until after the interview when they completely ignored me, which was extremely unprofessional. I sent a followup email and called, but they didn't return my email. When I called the person, she picked up and hung up on me. I don't understand why a well-established company would have such unprofessional HR. In the end, I accepted another offer. It seems this isn't the first time they've ignored an applicant after an interview. If you don't want to proceed with someone, a phone call or email isn't that time-consuming.

I got a call first to check if I was still available since my resume was submitted a month prior. Then, a few days after that, I had a brief phone chat about the job responsibilities. It took over a week to set up the onsite interview, which was about 3 hours long and I met with 4 people. The first person was from HR and was my main point of contact. The other three were from different 'strategic' departments. They asked about my past experience and projects and presented a scenario for me to solve. Everyone was friendly and the atmosphere was casual. I was honest in my answers, even about whether I was specifically interested in the health industry. My advice: if you're more interested in the job than the industry, say YES anyway. Throughout the whole process, getting feedback was tough; I had to keep calling to find out what was happening. I was told I'd hear back about scheduling by Friday, but I didn't get any word until the following Thursday. Ultimately, they didn't even send a rejection, they just ghosted me.
