We had an initial 30-minute phone call, then an hour with the boss. The next one was a 45-minute chat where I didn't have any trouble answering questions. The final interview was in person with ten people, and each one asked me two questions.

I found the job on Linkedin and a recruiter from BCBS contacted me. We had a quick 15-minute chat, and then he wanted to set up a call with the department VP. He did mention she could be a bit 'difficult' which is why they were hiring externally. The VP was late for our call and then, while I was talking about myself, she said she didn't know why she was interviewing me. It felt super unprofessional, so I decided I didn't want to be part of it.

I applied online and then a recruiter from BCBS reached out via email to set up a phone screening. The next day, I had my phone screening where I was asked basic questions like 'Tell me about yourself/experience'. The recruiter mentioned a face-to-face interview would be scheduled by another department. The following week, I had my face-to-face interview with the manager, as the second interviewer couldn't make it. The hiring manager mostly talked about the role and company culture. They asked a couple of typical interview questions like 'tell me about yourself/experience'. It's been 3 weeks since my interview, and I'm still waiting for a response. I've emailed the initial recruiter twice. The first time, he said he was waiting on the hiring manager and I should hear back the next day, but nothing came. I emailed again and am still waiting.
