Behavioral Technical

It was a two-round interview process. Mostly behavioral and resume-based questions were asked, alongside some basic questions like why you want to be an actuary, why health insurance, and why BCBST. The interviewers were really nice, and I felt I did well, but ultimately, I didn't get an offer.

We had two phone interviews and then a final one. They were scheduled about a week apart, and the company was pretty flexible about when we could do them. The first phone interview involved a case study. The second phone interview was just behavioral questions. The final interview went for about five hours.
