Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Blue Cross Blue Shield Global Solutions.
Staff Accountant
The second interview felt more relaxed and less formal. I had already completed a competency test which was the main thing we talked about. They discussed their main priorities and really emphasized the need for hard work and professionalism. They seemed ready to move forward based on my test results, but they were vague about the pay, which was pretty low.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
Accountant
I applied for the job, then the owner gave me a call to chat about my resume. After that, they set up an interview. A week later, they got back to me with an offer and the salary details. I told them I needed to sleep on it and would let them know the next day. I eventually called them back to accept the job.
- Can you walk me through your background, including your education, experience, and previous roles?
Senior Accountant
The interview process was very professional and highly responsive. Feedback was very useful. The questions asked were based on scenarios. They were open to ask questions at the end of the interview and were patiently answering the same.
- Could you briefly introduce yourself?
