I did an automated phone interview first, then got an email with a link to do some questions about finding info and how to reply. After that, I got another email to set up an in-office interview. When I got there, there were already a bunch of people waiting, and my interview was in a room with like 12 tables and other supervisors interviewing at the same time. It was kinda noisy, which is maybe like the actual job. They're hiring for a new location. HR called me 3 days later with a conditional job offer. I did my drug test the next day. There was a small issue with the background check because one of my old jobs isn't around anymore to contact.

Behavioral Technical Other

I initially applied online and got an email a few days later for a phone interview. The phone interview was kind of weird and automated. I didn't think I did well, but then I got an email to do an online simulation and some personality questions. I thought I did okay on those, but it's been a while and I guess it wasn't a good fit.

Behavioral Technical

So the first step was a phone interview, lasted about 20-30 minutes, and it was with a recording, not a person. After that, I got sent an online assessment, which took around 30 minutes too. It was basically practicing mock phone calls, like you would do in the real job - answering calls, explaining benefits, and handling upset customers.
