A Talent Advisor from the Talent Acquisition team reached out within a week to set up an initial phone screen. The interview process was outstanding—by far the best I’ve experienced. Within a couple of days of applying, a recruiter contacted me to schedule a Zoom interview. During the 45-minute conversation, we discussed my previous experience and my transition from a financial role to a medical insurance role. The recruiter was warm and welcoming and explained that the next steps could take up to a week. Just 48 hours later, I received an invitation for the next round of interviews with flexible scheduling options. This was a virtual, four-person panel interview lasting about 50 minutes. The interviewers were professional, and their questions were clear and well-structured. They also outlined expectations and next steps, which gave me confidence in the process. After the interview, it was evident that the company’s culture and management style aligned perfectly with what I was seeking. A few days later, the recruiter reached out with an offer, which I gladly accepted.
