I applied for the CSR Trainee job and heard back from a recruiter within a day to do an online skills assessment that took about an hour. Two weeks later, a recruiter called me for a phone interview, which happened about a week after that and lasted around 20 minutes. Three weeks after the phone interview, I got an email to schedule a face-to-face interview. A couple of weeks after the final interview, the recruiter asked for my permission to run a background check. It took a week for the background check to clear, and then I had to take a drug test. The same week the drug test results were back, I was offered the job.

If you do well, you are scheduled a second interview. After all of that, your background is checked and you have a drug test.

The first round was a phone call, followed by a second interview with three managers. It felt a bit intense, but manageable. The managers were writing down my answers as I spoke, so I'm not sure how much they were focused on what I was saying.
