Account Manager
I applied for an entry-level sales and marketing account manager role and got contacted the next day. The first interview was with HR, which lasted about 30 minutes and involved a one-on-one with the hiring manager. I was called back the same day to schedule a second interview for two days later. The second interview covered compensation, schedule, hours, and the management development program, and I learned about the daily tasks of an account manager. The third interview, which was on the same day as the second, led to a job offer after about 10 minutes.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Account Manager
So I did an online interview first, then a quick 10-minute phone call back. The next day, they had me come in for a 2-hour in-person interview. They were super thorough explaining the job and showing me the day-to-day tasks, which was cool. It felt really welcoming, and I knew I wanted to work there. The third interview was another phone call, and that's when they offered me the role. I started training the following Monday.

Account Manager
After my resume was reviewed, I was asked a couple of questions when contacted. I then qualified for a first round interview through an app called Hirevue on my phone. Following that, I was invited for a second interview a few days later where all my questions were answered and I got a clear picture of the role. The final interview was the next day, and I received an offer. I felt comfortable throughout and accepted the position.
- Did you ever consider starting your own business, and if so, what made you think that?
