First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Blue Chip Endeavors.
Account Representative
Got contacted a few days after applying and had a Zoom interview set up for the next day. It wasn't a one-on-one interview. There were about 3-4 managers interviewing and they were interviewing 2 people at a time. The interview itself was pretty standard for a group interview. My main issue was the vagueness of the listing, which I found misleading. The job is actually selling AT&T phones in Targets and Walmarts, not an office sales job as the listing implied. The interviewer even admitted the vagueness was intentional.
- Can you tell me about your past work experience and what you're hoping to get out of this role?
Account Manager
I applied for an entry-level sales and marketing account manager role and got contacted the next day. The first interview was with HR, which lasted about 30 minutes and involved a one-on-one with the hiring manager. I was called back the same day to schedule a second interview for two days later. The second interview covered compensation, schedule, hours, and the management development program, and I learned about the daily tasks of an account manager. The third interview, which was on the same day as the second, led to a job offer after about 10 minutes.

Corporate Trainer
It wasn't too tough, just be yourself. They'll ask you questions, and you'll answer them. Don't go too deep, just general questions about what you can do once hired. You should read up on what the company does to get the most out of being hired.
- Can you tell me what you know about Blue Chip Endeavors?
Account Manager
After my resume was reviewed, I was asked a couple of questions when contacted. I then qualified for a first round interview through an app called Hirevue on my phone. Following that, I was invited for a second interview a few days later where all my questions were answered and I got a clear picture of the role. The final interview was the next day, and I received an offer. I felt comfortable throughout and accepted the position.
- Did you ever consider starting your own business, and if so, what made you think that?
