I applied through LinkedIn. After about a week, I got an email for a phone screening that went well. Then I had a second phone interview with a General Manager. He seemed impressed and said I'd hear back about an in-person interview. However, after 1, 2, even 3 weeks, I heard nothing. I tried contacting the HR manager who did my initial screening, but got no response. It would be good to get a response either way, instead of being left unsure.

I first filled out an online application. Then, I got an email to set up a screening chat. After that, I was invited to the office for an in-person interview with HR, the Assistant General Manager, and the Supervisor. Next, they invited me back for a tour of the Blue Apron Facility. I waited about a week for them to debrief. Finally, I got a call and/or offer letter, followed by a Hireright background check and a drug test.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was thorough but also personable. They asked about my job history, personal goals, how I handle situations, and past achievements. I spoke on the phone with an Assistant General Manager and then with the branch head of HR. This all took place over two weeks, and I got an offer in the third week. A big part of the interview focused on experience with lean philosophy and how I'd work with HR to manage people and situations. It's really important to show you're a team player and have experience doing so. Like many startups, they care a lot about keeping team members happy.
