First, I did a virtual assessment where I recorded myself speaking. Then, I had a Zoom interview. They said I'd hear back in a week, but it took almost three weeks. They then asked if I wanted to talk again, and after that, I got ghosted. It was a really weird and disappointing experience. They should have communicated better.

The interview was super quick, and my interviewer was the nicest. By far, it was one of the best interviews I’ve had. My wait was around 5 minutes, and from there onwards, it was just a pleasure. We exchanged backgrounds, and she worked with me to truly understand who I was, why I wanted to work there, my experiences, and more. The patience was the biggest thing for me; she was very patient, allowing me plenty of time to say all that I wanted to and trully get to express myself.
