Behavioral

The interview process was quick and done in one day. The people were nice and honest about working in retail. It wasn't for me, but it was a great experience. I worked in the store, and those in the buying office seemed to enjoy it more.

Case Behavioral

There was a case interview worksheet and then an individual interview, which focused on my resume. The case interview was about motivating and managing employees, and they provide guidance. I was interrupted before I could answer, and they just gave me the answer. They didn't share much about their own experiences at the company, focusing instead on their pre-company experiences. The dynamic was quite strange, and it seemed like they didn't really care about my answers or how I explained them in the case interview.

Had several rounds, including phone screening, some judgement and critical thinking tests, and video interviews. Mostly behavioral questions, but also some on my interests, why I find the job appealing, company-specific questions, and a few minor technical ones.
