The interview process involved a group session with about 8 people where we were given questions and asked to provide input. Then there was a second interview with the manager, after which an offer was made. The training lasted two days and covered company policies, how to access the network, and a loss prevention lecture. All questions were answered, and a tour of the store was provided.

Applied online. Got called in for an interview. Then I was asked to come back for a second interview. I am waiting to hear back. The interviewer was distracted by their phone and I had to wait 30 minutes. They asked me the same question twice. When I asked about the pay, they said I'd get all my questions answered in the second interview. This job would be a secondary income source for me, thankfully because I almost turned it down, but the hours worked for me and the pay made it worth it.

The interviewer was almost 30 minutes late for my 11:00 interview. While I was talking about myself, she interrupted to ask about my work experience, which was rude. Then she asked why I would apply to a luxury brand store if I don't like luxury items, which I never said. I explained that I like luxury brands but I don't get overly excited about them or feel like I have to have them immediately like some people do. She only asked about my current job and didn't inquire about any of my other past experience. She seemed to have an attitude the whole time and kept cutting me off.
