It was a really good experience with a nice team. I interviewed with about 10 people, including senior/staff engineers, directors, managers, and a VP. We talked a lot about the project and my experience related to the role. The whole process was very fast, and everyone was friendly and professional during the interviews.

The interview started with a phone call from a recruiter. There was a delay in the scheduled time, and it had to be rescheduled. After the initial call, I was contacted to set up a meeting with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was late to the call and seemed uninterested. He asked me to review my resume. He then asked about my knowledge of six sigma tools. The audio quality was poor, making it difficult to understand his questions. When I asked for clarification on a question, he ended the interview abruptly, stating he would find candidates with more experience. The interview lasted about 10 minutes.

I got a return offer for the internship. For the internship itself, I had a call with the recruiter, then a call with the hiring manager, followed by two calls with people from the team I'd be joining. It wasn't super technical, mostly focused on my past experiences.
