So the process started with me submitting an application, then I had a call with a recruiter. After that, I spoke with the hiring manager. Next, there was a case study that was 90 minutes and take-home. Then came the 'Super day,' which involved about 4 interviews, each lasting 30 minutes, with different teams at Block. Finally, I had calls with the CTO and the Co-Founder.

I was contacted via LinkedIn a few days after applying due to my profile fitting the role. I met with many people, including a co-founder and the head of my department. I also had to complete a tough case study that's similar to the work the job involves. The interview process spanned 5 days, starting with a phone screen, and included one day with four back-to-back interviews, one of which was a panel interview. The whole thing took less than a month. Communication was great the whole time, and the interviewers were all well-prepared, engaged, and organized. The offer was competitive for my experience level.
