So basically, there were two initial conversations, then some tests (English, French, and technical ones), followed by a meeting with the team. It was quite swift, and I even got to see the office.

Behavioral Other

First theres a phone call, then an interview which might have multiple stages. They want you to use the STAR method, which honestly feels like making stuff up for them. It's the worst interview method ever. Besides that, they ask the typical questions that are so bad they make you want to scream.

Behavioral Technical

You submit your CV and other docs online. They'll only get back to you if they're interested, and they'll first email to confirm your phone number and a good time to call. Then, there's a short phone interview to check your language skills and if you know anything about the company. If that goes well, they might invite you to their office for an interview, but you have to pay for your own travel and lodging. Usually, two people, like a Team Manager or Senior Rep, will interview you. You'll answer some questions about your attitude and do a written test with tasks related to the job, like 'How would you...' or 'What would you...'. After this, Blizzard can take a while to decide, sometimes up to 6 months, depending on their hiring needs.
