So I first spoke with the direct supervisor for about 30 minutes. After that, they told me I was moving on and that I'd get info on what's next. The next day, I got that info and easily set up more interviews that worked with my schedule. Then I did two more interviews, each with two other people who were relevant. Those took about an hour each. Right after those, I got an email about when to expect to hear back. Then my recruiter called way sooner than I thought with the final decision and an offer!

The interview process was tough. The interviewer had a hard time speaking English and the call had a lot of interference. I mentioned the interference, but it wasn't fixed. It was really hard to understand them. If the communication was better, it wouldn't have been difficult. I think someone in management running the interview process should be able to communicate better with candidates.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • They asked a lot about diversity and inclusion.
  • The other half was about the role.
