Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Blend360.
BI Analyst
The whole process took about 7-10 days. It started with a SQL challenge on Coderbyte, followed by a technical assessment. Then there was one interview with someone senior or the head of the department. The final decision took some time after the interview, which was pretty long. Tip: be good at SQL and making dashboards.
- Can you tell me about your experience with SQL views, the difference between procedures and functions, and how window functions work?
- Could you explain CRUD operations within the context of SQL?
- What is your understanding of relational database fundamentals?
Data Analyst
I had 3 interviews, first with HR, then with a leader to validate knowledge with a technical challenge, and the last one was with members from India, also a technical challenge. All with questions related to the role.
- I was asked to do a live technical challenge in 2 interviews.
