Blaze Pizza Retail Associate Interview Questions
& Process

I applied on Indeed for a new store and interviewed with the general manager two days later. The interview was very casual; the GM was simply reading questions off of a piece of paper, but it felt more like a friendly conversation than an interview. He informed me at the end of the interview that I was in his "short stack" of applicants. About a week later, he called me asking me to come in the next morning for an additional interview. The purpose of this additional interview was simply to make sure I was still interested, and I was offered the job on the spot!

The interview process at Blaze was about two hours long, with about an hour spent with each manager. They really focus on having managers who are personable and ask a lot of questions, but in a way that doesn't feel threatening. I played a Simon game a couple of times with the managers, though I'm a bit fuzzy on whether it was once with each or twice with the first and once with the second. I met with the general manager and the district manager back-to-back. They did ask if I had any questions, which I appreciated, as I've had interviews with managers who were less accommodating. This is a standard part of their process.

It was pretty simple, they asked basic questions and I answered to the best of my abilities. Although it seemed like they didn't really listen well to what I was saying.
