I had a one-on-one screener, then a callback with four interviews. Each interview was twenty minutes long with two interviewers. The interviewers were super friendly and personable, and I had plenty of time to ask questions. HR was very responsive and it seems like a great place to work! I withdrew my candidacy after accepting another offer.

It was a total of two rounds. The first round was a screener interview - 1:1 with a person. The next round required me to be in person and was a panel of interviews, where candidates rotated from room to room. I was interviewing with 3 other people at the same time - unlike other firms I had interviewed with.

I had an interview with four attorneys on the panel, two of whom were old white male partners who were really hostile about diversity initiatives at the firm. They brought it up themselves, maybe because I'm a woman of color. It was the worst interview experience of the OCI season.
