Had an initial phone interview, then met with HR to chat about the job and what they and I were looking for. We talked about my skills and qualifications. Then there were some typing, spelling, and grammar tests, and a personality test that gave results right away. After that, we discussed the attorneys' needs and demands, and the timeline for when I'd start, which ended up being pushed back from what we first thought.

It was a total of two rounds. The first round was a screener interview - 1:1 with a person. The next round required me to be in person and was a panel of interviews, where candidates rotated from room to room. I was interviewing with 3 other people at the same time - unlike other firms I had interviewed with.

The hiring process was pretty organized, and HR kept me in the loop with regular updates. The interviewers were nice and treated me well. Didn't get the job in the end. I went through 2 rounds but wasn't asked back for a third. HR got back to me pretty quickly with an email saying I wasn't selected.

Started with OCI. Then had in-person interviews at the office. The people were really nice and the conversations were easy. There were at least 4 interviews at the office, usually with two partners and two associates.
