Industrial Placement Student
It was a Pymetrics game with 12 games. All tasks are timed, and it should take you around 40 mins to 60 mins. It's not as challenging in comparison to eg Artic Shores assessment. No practise needed, just make sure your on the lookout for patterns in each task. Youtube is your best friend to know what to expect.

Intern
The process started online with 3 questions, including why Blackstone and a challenge overcome. After the HireVue, there were first round offers. Then, several different lengthy interviews followed from various levels, depending on your background. If you have a corporate finance background, you might get more questions on that topic. You should know how to do an LBO and be able to discuss it.

Intern
I had to do an online assessment and a video interview. The online assessments included behavioral games to test my speed and other abilities. The video interview had a mix of questions, some were a bit tough but overall manageable. They also asked some real estate related questions.
