The interview process involved an in-person interview. The final stages included a case study and a presentation. There were several rounds prior to that with other senior associates. Questions were typical finance questions, but they went deeper into specific situations and also covered resume details.

I had a good experience for the first two rounds, which involved 6 interviews in total. It was a standard process, and the questions were mostly about my background to see if I was a good fit. Communication was good and quick throughout. The final round had 4 interviews and was in person. It was a bit disorganized, with last-minute changes, tech issues, and a late interviewer. I was nervous but managed to stay composed. I was told I'd hear back by the end of the week. I followed up the next week and was told a decision would be made in a couple of days. By the third week, I realized I was being ghosted, though I was dealing with a personal matter. I reached out again in the fourth week, and they confirmed they chose another candidate. Overall it was a good experience, but I just wish I'd received a timely update.

This is a one-way video interview on pymetrics. Here's how to ace it: Do your homework and research current deals and initiatives since you'll have limited time to show what you know. Treat it like an in-person interview and dress professionally. Set up a clean, quiet space because while they're evaluating your answers, they can also see your background. Make sure your lighting is good – don't sit in front of a window or use overhead lighting. Test your tech beforehand to ensure your camera, sound, and internet are working. Don't mention anything illegal or illicit in your answers. Please don't share the questions with others; we want a fair process for everyone. And don't read from notes; it can be distracting. Instead, practice your answers so you sound confident and relaxed.

First I sent my CV and did a Pymetrics Game test. About a month and a half later, I got an offer to do a one-way video interview. A week after that, they replied asking me to do a zoom interview with 2 people from the department. In total, there were 5 interviews: 3 with analysts & VPs, 1 with HR, and the last one with an SVP. My main advice for the pymetrics interview is 1) never look away from the camera, 2) always smile, 3) have good lighting showing your face well, and dress nicely. The content of your questions matter somewhat - but this is a filtering round - the main thing is coming across serious, presentable, and friendly.
