First, there's a screening with the recruiter to make sure you're still interested. The recruiter will then set up and schedule meetings with the managers. Next, you'll have phone interviews with 3 different sales managers. They'll ask about your sales experience, your past numbers, and you'll need to answer questions about the role. After that, you'll have a phone or in-person interview with the VP. This interview focuses on your intent, past performance, and you'll answer questions about the company's direction, the market, and leadership. Finally, there's a phone interview with the Chief Revenue Officer for the final approval.

The interview process took about a month and involved 5 interviews. It was a long process that was pretty basic, with standard questions asked by different people throughout. I wasn't impressed with one of the senior team members who was quite condescending and clearly thought highly of himself. They said I'd get a response at the end of the process, but I never heard back from anyone. Honestly, that was a blessing in disguise. It seemed like culture wasn't a priority.
