The interview was a smooth experience with nice and friendly people who showed empathy and involvement. It took about 2 weeks from initial recruiter contact to receiving an offer. The process involved 3 steps. First, a coding challenge where, unlike other companies, you're allowed to use Google if you can explain your searches and needs. Second, a system design round where you'll design a system, illustrate it on a Miro board, and justify your choices. Finally, a behavioral discussion with the team leaders. My time for questions was limited, so I sent them to HR, and the team provided responses within a day.

The interview process started with a recruiter call, which went well. After that, I was supposed to have a second interview, but I didn't hear back after submitting my availability. I followed up twice with the recruiter and the recruiting department, but got no response. Eventually, I received another request to submit my availability. After another week of no communication, they informed me they were moving forward with other candidates. It was a terrible experience.

It was a really well-organized interview process with five parts. First, there was an intro call with the recruiter that took about 20–30 minutes. Then, I had a system design interview with an engineer. After that, I did a live coding challenge where I had to solve a problem using React. The next step was meeting with the lead, and we talked about my past experience, how I approach things, how I act in certain situations, and if I'd fit with the team. Finally, they gave me feedback and an offer. The whole thing was a positive experience. It wasn't easy, but the interviewers were friendly, professional, and positive, which made it smooth and not too stressful.
