The interview was rated 7/10 on difficulty. Having a good grasp of product and UX-thinking is helpful, and it's easier to get through if you have prior product experience or projects. It began with a recruiter screening, followed by what I recall as 2-3 more rounds, including a discussion directly with the Group PM of the team.

First there was an HR call. Then, there were three quizzes, and a question about your favorite product and how you'd make it better. The third round involved a root cause analysis, an analytical part, and a product sense part. Finally, the Managerial Round included questions about Flipkart's architecture, more analytical questions, and a discussion about your MBA project.

I had 2 interview rounds for this role, both focused on product management. The interviewers were quite rude and not at all soft spoken. The first PM interviewer was very secretive about her work and the role, firing off questions rapidly without letting me finish. The second interviewer, a Sr/Principal PM, was also very rude and seemed unhappy with standard PM answers. It felt like they weren't serious about hiring and were just going through the motions. The second interviewer made remarks about his seniority and experience, suggesting I should learn from him, which felt irrelevant. My overall impression of the PM team is that they are chaotic and confusing based on these interviews.
